Betsy L. Kaminski, O.D.

Dr. Kaminski joined the professional team of Vincett Eye Care Associates with specialized interest in providing contact lens care and personalized vision services. Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, she received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University, and her Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Her clinical rotations have included emphasis in ocular disease diagnosis and management, contact lens care, low vision services, and binocular vision/pediatric care at Ohio State University specialty clinics and the VA Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, as well as a high-volume LASIK center in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Kaminski is involved in several optometric associations including the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and Volunteering Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH). Her involvement with VOSH allowed her to travel to Nicaragua where she and a team of optometric doctors and students provided free eye care and donated glasses to more than 1,800 people.

Dr. Kaminski currently resides in Shadyside with her Boston Terrier. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and volunteer coaching middle and high school cheerleading squads in her hometown.
